The aesthetics of windows and doors largely depend on the precision of the glazing beads created. We at SIMTA use a double saw blade with different angles to ensure precise cuts. SIMTA’s USP uses a Unique Indexing Mechanism, a brilliant cost saver because it uses prefixed indexes of varying sizes to create the cutting blocks. We also use a linear device to ensure high accuracy in the process.

The machine uses two blades that are not at 45 degrees and an adjustable head mechanism to deliver the angles that are precise with various adjusted heights.
The machine uses unique indexing, which avoids creating multiple blocks every time there is a new requirement for these profiles.
